We want you and your child to love your BuggyKid product. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused or gently used, and in the original packaging where possible.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at buggykid.support@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns without prior approval may not be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us right away and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, email us at buggykid.support@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been heavily used, damaged through misuse, or returned without original packaging may be subject to a partial refund or may not be eligible for return.
