Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States. We are actively expanding to additional regions—check back soon or contact us at buggykid.support@gmail.com to ask about availability in your area.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options and Costs
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Free Standard Shipping — $0.00
- Expedited Shipping — $6.99
- Expedited + Insured Shipping — $13.99
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time is typically 7–10 business days, depending on the shipping option you select and your location. Expedited options reduce transit time. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Insured Shipping
Our Expedited + Insured option provides added protection in the event your package is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose this option and experience an issue, contact us at buggykid.support@gmail.com and we will assist you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Lost or Delayed Packages
